Monday through Fridays:
500am, 600am, 700am, 830am
Saturdays at 800am
Whatever your fitness goals we will help you get there; from beginners to more advanced athletes. Diet and Nutrition along with strength and conditioning is key to weight loss that can be maintained. We will help you make real lifestyle changes. We are the only total gym in kahaluu where you will get one on one training with a personal trainer.
Over 30 years of experience in powerlifting and strength training. 10 plus years of CrossFit experience. Along with training in mobility, weightlifting, kettle bell work, nutrition and programming. Our trainers will tailor the workouts as needed for each individual.
We are a fully outfitted gym with the latest equipment for training in powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, strong man training, and CrossFit.
