Strength and Conditioning
These classes involve everything under the sun! Combination of cardio movements with moving weight. Powerlifting, weightlifting, strongman movements and more! These classes will challenge you whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced athlete
Hours: 1 hour classes
Weekdays: 5,6,7,8,9am & 3:30 & 4:30pm
Saturdays: 8 and 9am
Bootcamp
For those who want to work hard and break a sweat! Cardio and weighted movements using dumbbells, kettle bells, ropes, boxes, rings, everything but barbells. No heavy lifting but challenging and high intensity.
Hours: 1 hour classes
T, W, Th: 4:30 - 5:30 am
Powerlifting
Let’s take it back old school! If you want to specialize and train in the big 3 lifts; squat, deadlift, and bench, this class is for you! Beginners to seasoned lifters will be challeneged to be their best!
